  • If I couldn't find the right size for me in the options?
In this case, do not hesitate to write to me.Together we will find the most suitable size for you and the product you want will be personalized. This process does not require any extra fees                                                                                                                                                        
 
  • Can I change my order after I place it?
 Yes. You can make changes within 24 hours.
 
  • Can I return the product?
The returning item should be in original condition, not worn, not washed, or damaged. The labels of the garment should be kept on.
Customized and sale items  cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged
  • When will i get the refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • Can I track my order?
Yes, you definitely can. The journey of the package can be tracked by giving a tracking number to each package we deliver. The tracking number will be sent to your email when the order is completed and shipped from our studio.

  • Can I change the shipping address on my order?
Yes, we can change the address if package not shipped. The shipping address cannot be changed while the package is in transit.
  • When can I get a reply from you?
